Balancing your role as a supportive presence while safeguarding your energy is essential—not only for your own health but also to ensure you can show up fully for your loved one.

When we care deeply, it’s natural to want to absorb the pain of those we love. But consistently taking on someone else’s emotional burdens without boundaries can lead to:
